Berry Bliss Balls

This recipe is so quick and easy, using minimal ingredients. It is perfect snack for the whole family when you don't have a lot in the fridge or cupboards.
Ingredients
- 200g berries (thawed from the freezer work well)
- 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp raw maple syrup
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
1. In a food processor, blitz the berries.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix on high for about 10 seconds.
3. Roll tbsp of mixture t a time in the coconut.
4. Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Can be frozen too.
