I have been a chef for almost 30 years now. My love for cooking started when I was a young girl because of my grandmother. When I became a parent, I became interested in nutrition and healthy eating.
My love for preparing hearty and nutritious meals eventually led me to Meraki. One of the many things that I love about working at Meraki is being in a supportive and happy environment. I get to be with other people who are also passionate about creating healthy, tasty, and nourishing food for our customers.
My educational background provided me with a deeper understanding of nutrition and how it plays an integral role in achieving overall wellness. I combine my expertise in this field with my passion for integrative health care to help other people feel their best selves every day.
I love being a part of the connected and welcoming community that Meraki has become. I appreciate how highly Jacquie values evidence and practitioner-based knowledge as a foundational basis of Meraki. This coincides with my health philosophy, which revolves around using food as medicine and utilising diet as a pivotal component of good health. I believe that eating natural whole foods made with love is the key to thriving daily.
