How do I order?
How do I order?
Receiving our meals each week has just become a whole lot easier. By signing up using the link below (only required once), we will email you our new menu, containing weekly online specials and our Meraki favourites.
Our weekly menu will be emailed to you each Friday at 9am. Orders close each Monday at Midday. You can choose to pick up your order from our 405 Kiewa Street store or have it delivered direct to you each Wednesday afternoon/evening.

When will I receive my order?
We will cook your delicious meals, ready for delivery each Wednesday afternoon. We comply with all government recommendations regarding health and sanitation and offer a contactless delivery.
You can choose to pick up from 2pm Wednesday through until 5pm Friday. We also deliver your meals each Wednesday afternoon. We will send you a message to let you know when we are on our way. Then enjoy your delicious meals!
How do I receive my meals?
Meals can be picked up from the Meraki Kitchen store at 405 Kiewa Street, South Albury. If you live in Albury/Wodonga, you can also select Home Delivery for a delivery fee of $10. There is a minimum order amount of $80 to qualify for Home Delivery.
Can I buy my meals in store?
You can also buy Meraki fresh meals and snacks from our store which is located at: 405 Kiewa Street, South Albury.
Payment
How do I pay for my meals?
All Meraki Kitchen online orders must be prepaid in order to receive the order. Meraki Kitchen uses Cookaborough and Stripe at our facilities for making orders and taking payments. Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. Please call the store on 0400 460 878 if you would like to place an order over the phone.
What if I have to go out of town while I have an order placed?
Meraki Kitchen appreciates that travel and changing schedules are part of life and we will make every attempt to be flexible in terms of accommodating your needs. However, we do require 72 business hours’ notice prior to delivery to make any amendments to orders (please contact us within our hours 7:00am-3:00pm Monday to Friday).
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We require 3 business days’ notice (at least 72 hours) to cancel orders. Once purchased, orders are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel/postpone your order, a credit note can be added to your file to be redeemed whenever you are ready. Please note, we must be notified within business hours for the suspension to take place.
Preparation
How do I heat the food?
Meraki Kitchen uses Biopak* BioCane Takeaways which have a perfect seal and are freezer, microwave and oven safe. They can be heated in the microwave and oven up to 220 Degree Centigrade. However, you need to remove the lid before heating.
Meals not containing salad can be heated for 3-5 minutes in the microwave within the container provided or transferred to a plate and reheated. If you do not have a microwave or prefer not to use one you may also reheat the meals on the stove or in the oven. Please remove the lid before microwaving or heating in the oven.
What do I do with the sauces?
Meraki Kitchen dressings and sauces are served in individual 60ml containers and can be added to the meal at your discretion. Sauces and dressings should be poured over the meal either before or after heating. We do not recommend microwaving or heating the dressing/sauce container so please remove this before reheating your meal.
How long can I keep my meals for?
Meals keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days after delivery and can also be frozen if necessary with the exception of salads, egg dishes and sandwiches which are best eaten a day or two after delivery has been made.
Where should I keep my meals?
Meraki Kitchen meals should be transferred to a refrigerator immediately after collection.
What if I don’t have a microwave?
If you do not have a microwave or prefer not to use one you may also reheat meals on the stove or in the oven. Meraki Kitchen meals are supplied in microwave and oven proof containers (excluding cardboard lunch box with clear lid). Before heating, please remove the lid. The containers are able to heated up to 220 Degree Centigrade in the oven.
What do I do if I’m allergic to or dislike a certain food?
Unfortunately we cannot cater for specific food allergies such as nuts. Meraki Kitchen food is prepared in areas where food containing allergens may have previously been prepared. This may include peanuts, tree nuts, various seed products including sesame, milk and dairy products, wheat, soy, egg, fish and crustacean products. Please refer to the item ingredient label for all allergen declarations.
Meraki provides a range of gluten free meals. We are also able to provide a dairy free alternative for our dressings. Please state so in the ‘comments’ section of your order.
Can I freeze my meals?
We offer fresh meals to ensure we present the best possible quality of food.
The majority of our meals can be frozen and will last for up to three months safely when frozen below -10 degrees Celsius. However we recommend against freezing any fish or salad meals.
Please note: Freezing does affect the quality of most foods and may not result in the best eating experience.
