Choc-Coconut Bliss Ball Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1 cup of pitted dates
- 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 2 tsp good quality vanilla essence
- 2 tbs coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tbs good quality raw maple
- 2 tbs coconut cream
METHOD
- Place oats and dates into high-speed food processor and blitz.
- Place the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and blitz until mixed well.
- Taste test the mixture (not all of it, or all of it. We won't judge.)
- Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture, roll mixture into small balls and then roll in coconut.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer or hiding spot.
