Protein Boosting Smoothie

A nutrient-rich smoothie that will help provide energy for your day.
MAKES 1
Ingredients
3/4 cup strawberries or mixed berries*
3/4 cup zucchini, chopped
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Half lemon, squeezed
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup of liquid (nut milk, water, coconut water)
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
